We operate 24 hours a day seven days a week. Out of Office Hours calls are routed to the Duty Manager we are generally very busy so if you are planning your travel arrangements it is best to book your Taxi in advance at least 24 hours prior to your departure time. In any case we will still be able to help but to guarantee your Taxi it is wise to book early.

All drivers are equipped with smart-phones for fast and accurate transfer of booking details. All cars are fitted with satellite navigation devices to ensure you arrive at your destination on time so you can relax on your journey.
If you are being met at the airport for your Taxi you will have been given a contact number for your driver so that he/she can direct you towards the pick up point. It is advisable that when booking your taxi you include your Mobile Telephone Number as this helps cut the risk of mix-ups.

 

Please note that by making a payment does not guarantee a booking so please ask for confirmation before paying. Any payments made via credit or debit card are not liable for refund. Only in extreme circumstances will the management consider this and in any case if your payment is a deposit you will not be eligible for a refund.
